Standard Editorial Guidelines & Terms
Revision Allowances: Short-form rates include one (1) round of minor post-production edits. Long-form YouTube features
include one (1) structural edit based on an initial rough cut. Subsequent structural modifications or re-renders carry a flat fee of $250.00 or an hourly rate of $75.00/hour.
Listing Lifespan (Social Feeds): Permanent social feed archival at no extra cost.
Advertising Usage Rights & Ad Spend: Rates include an unrestricted, non-exclusive license for the client to utilize the produced video asset(s) for paid digital advertising campaigns, sponsored posts, or “whitelisted” ad runs at no additional cost or recurring royalty fees from Berksiana. However, the client is entirely responsible for setting, managing, and funding their own advertising budget directly with the hosting platform (e.g., Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads). Berksiana does not cover, manage, or provide financing for any third-party paid ad delivery costs.
